Amour is a classic traditional method sparkling wine, fermented in the bottle and aged on lees for three or more years.  The 2021 vintage is a blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, an elegant celebratory wine, dry, fruity and a little biscuity.

Amour is meant to be enjoyed at elegant celebrations, or shared over an intimate dinner.
