Our artisanal pizzas are best enjoyed hot out of our wood-fired oven.

We are as passionate about making great pizza as we are about making great wine.
Our pizza dough is always fresh and made from scratch using four simple ingredients - flour, water, salt and yeast. Typically we cold ferment it for 48 hours to create a light, delicious crust.
Our cheese is fior di latte, an amazing light and delicious mozzarella. Our other ingredients are sourced fresh or home made where ever possible. We want you to have a great pizza experience to pair with your great wine experience.
The pizza is fired in our hand-built masonry oven at around 340 degrees C.
Sorry, we don't do take out. The best place and time to enjoy our pizza is in front of the vineyard, fresh from the oven.
