The perfect pairing to our wines! We are as passionate about making great pizza as we are about making great wine.
Our pizza dough is made from scratch using four simple ingredients - flour, water, salt and yeast. Typically we cold ferment it for 48 hours to create a light, delicious crust.
Our cheese is mozzarella di bufala, the best cheese for our style of pizza. Our other ingredients are sourced fresh or home made whereever possible. We want you to have a great pizza experience to pair with your great wine experience.
The pizza is fired in a wood fired oven at around 340 degrees C.
Sorry, we don't do take out. The best place and time to enjoy our pizza is in front of the vineyard, fresh from the oven.
