2023 Pinot Noir Rosé

Our Pinot Noir Rosé shows some earthiness and minerality, along the crisp cherry notes of Pinot Noir.  We cold soaked it on the skins with an enzyme for a few hours to coax out some remarkable colour, before pressing it off the skins and fermenting it with cultured yeast.
